Placing & managing your order
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, click "Check out", enter shipping & payment info, confirm. You'll get a confirmation email within minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing it, email hello@gd-meow.com with the order number. After that the order is locked for shipping.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but our packaging is already gift-worthy: matte cream boxes, paper void fill, no plastic.
Delivery & tracking
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship from our overseas warehouse in 3–5 business days. Delivery is typically 5–8 business days after that. Total: about 8–13 days door-to-door.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only. Canada & UK are next on the roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Is shipping really free over $35?
Yes, standard shipping is free on orders $35+. Express (3-day) is $9.95 flat regardless of order size.
About what we make
Are your products safe for kittens?
Yes, all products are tested for cats 8 weeks and up. Bowls, mats, beds and grooming tools are kitten-safe. Toys with small parts are labeled 6 months+.
What if my cat doesn't like a product?
30-day easy returns on everything, no questions asked. We even pay return shipping. See our returns policy.
How do I clean the beds and bowls?
Beds: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Bowls: dishwasher-safe top rack. Mats: wipe with damp cloth, mild soap.

30 days, full refund, free return shipping. Product must be unused or gently used. See full policy.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 48 hours of us receiving the return. Your bank may take 3–5 business days to show it.
