He picks every bed.
Mochi came home in a cardboard carrier, hissed at his new sister, then fell asleep in the donut bed before we even finished setting it up. He has very strong opinions about softness.
If a product passes the Mochi test — meaning he actually sleeps in it and not on the box it came in — it ships. About 30% of prototypes fail.
She picks every bowl.
Latte is the polite one. She will not use a bowl she doesn't like, no matter how hungry she is. She taught us that depth, weight and rim shape actually matter to a cat.
Our ceramic and silicone bowl line exists because Latte refused a flat dish for two weeks. We redesigned it. She drank from it immediately. Lesson learned.
